All FUTERA engineers hold a high level of security clearance, including SC-level clearance for Ministry of Defence sites.

Multiple warehouse hubs across the country provide quick access to parts, consumables and loan equipment, helping us keep downtime to a minimum and restore service as quickly as possible.

Supporting our field team is our expert Service Desk – a central point of contact for all incoming support requests. Using advanced remote diagnostic tools, they can often resolve issues without the need for an engineer visit. When a site visit is needed, they triage and escalate efficiently to get the right resource on the ground, fast.

Walk In Take Over (WITO)

Need to support legacy or third-party technology as part of a broader contract – but don’t have the in-house capability or resources? That’s where FUTERA’s Walk In Take Over (WITO) service comes in.

Our field engineers are multi-skilled and highly adaptable, with the experience to support a wide range of manufacturer devices – even those we haven’t previously maintained. Thanks to our relationships with most major OEMs, we can source parts, access manuals and escalate directly with manufacturers to keep devices running.

WITO allows you to:

  • Run short-term support contracts coterminously with your main agreements
  • Transition services cleanly as devices are phased out or upgraded
