What is PDI?

Pre-Delivery Inspection

PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) is a critical part of the technology deployment process. It ensures every device is configured, tested, and ready for immediate use from the moment it’s installed at your customer’s location.

Our dedicated PDI centre, located in our UK Service Centre, has been purpose-built to support the evolving needs of modern businesses. Designed with efficiency, security and flexibility in mind, it gives us full control over every stage of the process.

Security is a top priority. The centre is access-controlled, monitored by 24/7 CCTV, alarmed and comprehensively insured. Providing peace of mind for even the most security-conscious clients.

We’re equipped to receive palletised deliveries directly from manufacturers, distributors or your own logistics network. From there, every device is carefully handled, tracked, and prepared by our experienced team, following a proven workflow that ensures consistent, high-quality results.
