Return To Base

Rather than field servicing, a more cost effective proposition is our Return to Base service. Devices are shipped to our UK Service Centre in Haddenham where the Workshop team will diagnose and fix the issue before shipping the device back to site. We can ship a box and packaging to your site and arrange for secure courier pickup for a completely seamless service.

The RTB service can also be used to diagnose complex faults or take a device out of the field if parts are on a long back order to save room on site. You can utilise this service for lower cost warranty work, as without the travel to site it can be much more cost effective.

Warranty Fixes

Our team is fully trained to carry out warranty repairs across a range of major manufacturers. Devices can be returned directly to our Workshop, or we can arrange for one of our engineers attend site where we complete all work to maintain warranty status.

For many businesses, this offers a faster and more manageable alternative than dealing with the manufacture directly.

Loan Stock

We’re able to offer a stock holding and loan device service to help fulfil your requirements. Holding parts in our warehouses that can be shipped directly to site or picked up by engineers en route to provide a higher first time fix.

Additionally, loan devices can be held by us and shipped out should a device have a serious fault, or parts have an extended lead time to get the device up and running as quickly as possible.

Legacy Tech

At FUTERA we know that not every business can retire older hardware. That’s why we offer support for all your legacy devices, whether that’s sourcing End Of Life parts or providing an ad-hoc repair service.

Our engineers have the experience and expertise to keep older legacy devices working until such time arises that you are able upgrade the hardware.
